Configure: OTTP LSJ Short Block

We start by taking either your block or a good stock block and inspect it for any weakness or damage. Then we install Darton sleeves or our OTTP sleeves(your choice). Next we machine the block... this includes line honing, boring, honing, and decking if necessary. Next your entire rotating assembly is balanced. Everything is then cleaned and prepped for assembly. During assembly we check and set every tolerance in the engine to our specs.

 

Includes:

Sleeves and install.

Pistons, rings and install.

New rod and main bearings.

New rear main seal.

2 upgraded oil plugs.

New rods or new stock rod bolts.(option)

New OTTP main studs or stock ones. (option)
