This is our stage 2 kit for supercharged cobalts and Ions. Expect about 40 horse power at the wheels depending on other supporting mods.

60lb Flowmatched Injectors
Injector Harness
Larger Idler Pulley or Stage 2 Belt (option)
NGK 1 Step Colder Copper Plugs
OTT Stage 2 PCM

Recommended plug gap is .032"

We recommend at least a heat exchanger with this kit, but as always the more cooling mods the better. This kit is designed for off-road use and may void your vehicles warranty. No warranty or guarantee is given or expressed on anything except the parts in this kit. OTTP will warranty the parts in this kit against manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days from the date the product is shipped.

OTT Stage 2 Kit


Belt Option
The GM Stage 2 Belt is a direct swap, while the Oversize Tensioner Pulley will require some slight clearancing of the tensioner bracket.

If you have a GM stage 2 kit all you will need here is the GM Stage 2 Pulley. If you are stock you will need the Multiple Pulley System.

Rev Limiter
This is the RPM that your engine will be able to rev up to.

Torque Managment
Torque management is used to limit drivetrain wear and tear. From the factory it is turned on and is used during shifting and under heavy and extended wot events. If you elect to have torque management turned off you can expect better shift feel and faster track times.
